Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Notice of Value Forms, Understanding Your Notice of Value form and E-Notice with single window envelopes that must be printed and mailed out by March 31st. 2. Rendition letters for Business Personal Property Cover Letter, Equipment report, Goods Schedule, Livestock Letter and Owners Report and Manufactured Homes Letter and Assessment Form all require envelopes single window and business reply, that must be printed and mailed in early December 2023. These dates could change if the County Assessor’s Office files for an extension with the State of New Mexico Property Tax Division. Printing for all forms and envelopes must be completed two weeks prior to mailing. Quantities provided are estimated.
