Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Albuquerque Solid Waste Management Department is requesting responses to this RFP from potential Offerors where the selected Offeror, also referred to as Contractor, would site, design, build, own, and operate a material recovery facility (MRF) to process Program Materials and sell them to end-markets. The selected Offeror shall be responsible for performing all services as outlined in the specifications herein and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and vehicles for the proper execution and completion of processing the material received from the City. The capacity of the Offeror’s equipment must be capable of handling all current and projected tonnage Offeror anticipates based on population growth
