Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Respondent shall be responsible for the following work and activities in addition to those described in this document: 1. Prepare a schedule for the construction with critical milestones and activities to be coordinated with others in the completion of the work. The sequence of work should be planned to cause minimal interruptions to the operations at the site. 2. Comply with all permits. 3. Be responsible for repair and replacement of any damaged or defective materials. 4. Submit materials, specifications and drawings to LOGAN CITY LIGHT & POWER for their review and approval in accordance with the defined schedule. 5. Provide concrete and compaction testing using a reputable testing firm. 6. Provide access and inspections as required. 7. Provide a completed “as-built drawings and specifications” upon completion of the project. 8. Provide all manufacturer warranties for the equipment and materials used at the project. 9. Conduct pre-design and construction meetings with the necessary parties including LOGAN CITY LIGHT & POWER. The frequency of the meetings will depend on the sequencing of the work and the review and approval of others. LOGAN CITY LIGHT & POWER may call for additional coordination meetings with the Respondent. 10. Prepare a safety plan for the work prior to the start of construction. Ensure the site is secure (site is in a locked substation). Inspect, monitor and enforce compliance to all safety rules and regulations.
