Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority is seeking responses from persons and entities having the appropriate experience, qualifications and expertise who wish to be considered to provide On Call Learning & Development Consulting Services to the Authority in the categories listed in Exhibit “A” and attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Authority intends to select one (1) or more firms for services for each category listed based upon Respondent’s in‐house qualifications and ability to respond quickly. Respondent(s) should address all areas of focus that the Respondent would like to be considered in their proposal. The Authority does not guarantee that there will be work assignments given to the Respondent, as this arrangement is driven by the needs of the Authority as they may arise from time to time. If and when a need arises, the Authority will make contact with a qualified firm for negotiation of the engagement. Furthermore, the Authority reserves the right to select any Proposer(s) that it deems, in its best business judgement and discretion, is the most qualified to perform the scope of work.
