Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Roswell is requesting proposals for Unarmed Security Guard Services, for the Roswell Air Center. The purpose of this Request For Proposals (RFP) is to select a qualified firm to provide security guard services within the Roswell Air Center. 1. Terminal The security guard will patrol the terminal during airline evening/nighttime arrivals (time is dependent on the arrival times established by the commercial airline) and ensure that at the end of the airline operations they will conduct a walkthrough of all public spaces within the passenger terminal to ensure the terminal is unoccupied. The security guard will also ensure that all entrances into the passenger terminal are properly secured and locked prior to departing. The security guard will provide a report to the Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) at the end of each shift. 2. Random AOA/SIDA Locations During the hours of 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week, provide two Level 1 unarmed security guards each with a functioning vehicle affixed with security identification on both sides of the vehicle. The security guard will conduct mobile and foot patrols of the areas located within the Airport Operations Area (AOA), SIDA Area, and airport terminal to observe and enforce AOA driving requirements, AOA ROW badging requirements, and other security related functions as determined by Airport Management. The security guard will conduct random challenge measures within the SIDA/AOA area to ensure individuals are adhering to the challenge requirements. The schedule will be developed and distributed by Airport Management.
