Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lea County Board of County Commissioners requests sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Inmate Phone System for the Lea County Detention Center. The County is seeking a qualified and competent vendor to provide phone and tablet equipment and services for use by inmates. Proposers should include hardware and software, as well as pricing for the minimum quantity of equipment and additional units, should the County need additional units, during the term of the contract. Current equipment includes: • 45 phones for 11 housing units • 2 roll-around phones and 7 cordless phones in Receiving and Discharge • For video visitation, 11 kiosks for visitors and 17 for housing units The Detention Center is also requesting 250 tablets with access to Law Library. Kiosks should also have access to Law Library.
