Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor is to remove and replace as needed old or non-working evaporative coolers or HVAC units. Those units are to be removed, discarded, and replaced with new upon HOME approval. Once HOME receives the inspection and verifies the unit(s) that need to be removed, the contractor will request an inspection by the HOME CPM to verify that unit will need replacement. Once approval to proceed is given, the contractor will remove and replace. 2. Remove & replace existing water heater and install new domestic 30 gal. water heater as needed. 3. Remove & replace as needed windows in units, with new Low-E windows 4. Remove & replace carpet with new LVT flooring. 5. Ceramic Tile to remain in place if vinyl flooring to be replaced with LVT. 6. Remove & replace as needed front door and install new doors with new hardware including the keyed doorknob with deadbolt and peephole.
