Specifications include, but are not limited to: HDOT requires the Consultant to provide one construction manager (equivalent to State Highways Engineer V) one field engineer (equivalent to a State Highways Engineer III) and one construction inspector (equivalent to a State Highways Construction Inspector IV) all on a full-time basis; one environmental engineer (equivalent to State Highways Engineer V and one scheduler (equivalent to State Highways Engineer V), both on a part time basis to assist the Highways District Office during construction of this project. The above is an estimate of the required manpower. The State reserves the right to adjust the manpower requirements as necessary during the project duration. Provide resumes of at least two qualified construction managers, two qualified field engineers and two qualified construction inspectors that are anticipated to work on this project.
