Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 Phase 1 generally includes the grading and paving of the northbound through lane and right turn lanes at Corsac Rd and Sanctuary Road. This phase also includes the construction of the east half of RCP culvert at Sta 1202+36, storm sewer at Corsac Rd, and RCP culvert at Closure of S. Folsom Street will begin at Old Cheney Road and Pioneers Blvd with local access along the existing southbound lane of S. Folsom Street for only residents and Hope Community Church unless other arrangements are made with the property owners. Access to the adjacent athletic fields will be from Old Cheney Road for Optimist Youth Sports Complex and from Pioneers Boulevard for Wright Park. Phase 2 This construction phase includes the construction of the southbound lane and middle lane of Folsom Street. This work includes grading and mainline paving, driveway and culvert construction, and finishing the twin RCP culvert pipe. Work in Phase 2 can overlap with Phase 1 as long as access is maintained to adjacent property owners. Closure of S. Folsom Street to through traffic will continue with local access along the newly constructed northbound lane of S. Folsom Street for adjacent property owners. Contractor shall maintain the existing temporary driveway for Hope Community Church until the access from Sanctuary Road is completed.
