Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bernalillo County seeks a trusted advisor and partner who shall represent the County, not the insurance company. The selected brokerage firm shall have access to the worldwide insurance marketplace. The services include but not limited to the following: a. Receive and review existing insurance policies and coverages to determine adequacy of terms, provisions, services, deductibles/retentions, structure, limits, and solvency of insurers, as well as identify any deficiencies or gaps. as identified in Attachment A “Current Policies”. b. Receive and review all polices, binders, certificates, endorsements, schedules, bills, audits, and all other relevant documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and that all negotiated enhancements are provided or obtain revisions when needed. c. Recommend changes or additions to existing policies, coverages, structure, terms, provisions, services, deductibles/retentions, insurers, or limits as well as proposed solutions to any identified deficiencies or gaps in the existing program, if needed, recommend types of insurance coverages, policy limits, policy terms, and program adjustments for current overages including but are not limited to general liability, professional liability, cyber, crime, workers compensation, pollution.
