Specifications include, but are not limited to: MCDA is planning to develop a new mega-park in Mineral County. Firm will be significantly involved in this long-term project. Firm may be asked to be involved in prospect visits to provide opinions and expertise as it pertains to engineering needs for the project. Other professional services to be provided may include, but not limited to: • Property analysis including impediments to development, opinions and plans for mitigation • Survey and mapping of property and related visuals • Preparation of site plan • Environmental site assessments, wetlands delineation, geotechnical assessment, archaeological/cultural resources • Utilities & infrastructure planning and development • Roadway & site access planning and development • Development of engineering and cost estimates for infrastructure expansion to serve the business parks to include roads, utilities and other amenities as may be identified • Provide excellent materials for marketing the property to potential tenants • Development of Preliminary Engineering Reports • Preparation of permit applications • Preparation of construction plans, specifications, and bidding documents • Assistance during bidding • Construction administration services • Construction inspection services
