Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Boston Recreational Center is located within the Board of Park Commissioner’s 18- acre park, Boston Park. The 13,928 square foot facility offers a variety of services such as facility rentals, classes and programs, and special events. There are two classrooms and a commercial kitchen available for lease. The kitchen is comprised of 381 square feet, and the classrooms are 981 and 990 square feet for a total of 2,352 square feet available for lease. The City of Wichita is looking for a specific project proposal that will provide an opportunity for enrichment to the community and create a collaborative community center. Preference will be given to proposals that demonstrate an immediate need and use for the property. Speculative proposals will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject all proposals.
