Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lewis Clark State College has requested an exemption from competition for the purchase of Plagiarism solution for Canvas LMS. LC utilizes Canvas as our Learning Management Solution, and integrated Turn It In (previously known as Unicheck) as our plagiarism checking solution in 2020. Turn It On is an integral part of our LMS and is designed to work seamlessly with Canvas. We anticipate continuing to utilize Canvas for the next 3 years and need to continue using the implemented plagiarism checking solution for that time. At that time, we may go out for competitive bid for another LMS and related plagiarism solution or partner with the other higher education institutions in a competitive bid or contract. Other plagiarism checking solutions are available, however we have already implemented Turn It In and it functions seamlessly for our LMS.
