Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful proposal must have a place of business open and operating within the Wichita metropolitan area and in compliance to the Wichita-Sedgwick County Unified Zoning requirements. The facility must comply with Federal ADA rules and regulations. The selected vendor must also be able to provide the following: • Lodging for two nights (Friday and Saturday) for up to forty participants • Lodging is to consist of semiprivate bed space in a block of rooms • Rooms should be in the same area of the facility each weekend • Men and women will be in separate rooms • Provide breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday to be served at the facility • Provide coffee and tea for scheduled breaks • Provide space large enough to accommodate forty participants comfortably for lectures and other presentations; should include tables and chairs for all participants • Provide a 3’ x 4’ “Dry-Erase” or Mark and Wipe” board with an easel for use with lectures and presentations
