Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for the Kentucky Department of Parks. The Department of Parks is currently reviewing multiple Marinas for various repairs and/or replacements. Parks is developing a list and prioritizing it based on most critical need. At this time, Jenny Wiley (JW) marina is currently top priority and electrical issues need to be reviewed quickly as a part of this scope. Request for JW is to plan for complete marina replacement. Design should be able to provide similar dock and slip space with appropriately sized slips for various boats. Functional Marina store, fuel set up, waste/sewage disposal set up, and any other typical marina amenities. DECA reserves the option to increase fees as funding becomes available.
