Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of the design and construction of curb ramps at approximately 136 locations along WV 39, CO 39/17, CO 39/18, CO 39/34, and CO 39/52 in Richwood, WV 39, WV 41, CO 19/13 and CO 39/33 in Summersville, WV 211, CO 27, WV 61 Alt, and CO 61/23 in Mount Hope to ensure ADA compliance. DOH intends to enter into a contract, which shall include but is not limited to: • Survey Services – no mapping will be supplied by the DOH • Right of Way Acquisition – All necessary plans and acquisition of right of way to construct the Project if deemed necessary • Project Services – preparation of construction plans as detailed in the Project Scope and shall include but are not limited to Design and Project Management; • Utility Coordination and Utility Relocation Services • Construction Services - necessary to build and ensure high quality workmanship of the designed facility
