Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lincoln County will construct fiber optic cable and facilities as part of the FTTx in Davenport, Wilbur and Harrington-to-Sprague Project to connect businesses and residences in the city of Davenport and town of Wilbur and to construct aerial and underground mid-mile construction between Harrington and Sprague, Washington. The County has a fully executed contract with the Washington State Broadband Office (WSBO) for funds to construct the project. All fiber optic cable must be single armor, single jacket, loose tube, gel-free cable.
