Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare (Department) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide Sterilizer Maintenance for the Bureau of Laboratories. IBL is seeking preventative maintenance for four (4) sterilizers. They have been regularly maintained and are used to sterilize medical waste and lab equipment. • In addition, the two Consolidated sterilizers mustreceive quarterly maintenance. • The Contractor must provide a quoted amount for quarterly and semi-annual preventative maintenance for each sterilizer according to the line items in the Items page on IPRO. The Contractor must be able to supply any and all parts needed for this maintenance; these parts must be included in the quoted price. All necessary travel, mobilization, and freight costs must also be included in the quoted price. • Preventative maintenance service as described must be performed during normal working hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday). • The Contractor must have available under their direct employment and supervision competent personnel who have received thorough instruction/ training in maintenance of this type. • The individuals who will be working on IBL equipment must have a minimum of three (3) year’s previous experience working on similar sterilizers. The following sterilizers are to be maintained per the requirements and specification of the ITB: • Steris Amsco Century Model SG-120, S/N 0126202-04, Room 144 • Tuttnauer Model 5596-1R, S/N 15070406, Room 146 • Consolidated Model SSR-3A-MC, S/N 022004, Room 901 • Consolidated Model SSR-3A-MC, S/N 020404, Room 906
