Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by the Office of Procurement (OP) for the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of County Operations (DCO) to obtain pricing and a contract(s) temporary staffing agency to provide personnel for basic clerical positions for county offices throughout the State of Arkansas. There are currently seventy-five (75) DCO locations throughout the State that may need temporary clerical positions filled. All DCO locations reserve the right to request positions. All services must be provided during normal state work hours and within the agreed upon schedule unless otherwise arranged and coordinated with the agency. The vendor shall give the agency immediate notice of any anticipated delays that will affect the service requirement.
