Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through its Information Technology Department (STATE) is soliciting proposals to procure and implement a solution for cybersecurity maturity assessments. The purpose of the CMA is to identify an entities’ strengths and areas for improvement relating to their cyber security posture, and North Dakota’s cyber security posture to protect citizens’ data. The STATE will provide recommendations to entities based on their Cyber Maturity Assessment score, as well as provide professional guidance on maturing the security of your entity. Results of the CMA(s) are used to identify gaps in the cyber security program and to facilitate cyber security solutions for agencies, political subdivisions (PSDs) and the STATE. The awarded Offeror will be required to migrate all of the data into the awarded solution. This includes a 2019 engagement with approximately 270 responses and a 2022 engagement with approximately 160 responses. The desktop standard is an Intel platform running Windows 10 or higher. End User support is provided through a central help desk; this service is available 24x7x365.
