Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Contractor to order and replace fill materials and stainless-steel fill support tubes and hardware for 1-cell 21321 Quadraflow MX75 for Marley cooling tower, Model #21321: Serial #10053136. 1.2 Contractor to replace lubeline, pinion oil seal, wear ring and oil to fill to capacity. 1.3 Contractor to replace full set of -45 nozzles in hot water basin. 1.4 Contractor to remove and replace driveshaft hardware, align driveshaft, check fan pitch and fan tip clearance. 1.5 Contractor to order and install filter screens on all four (4) air inlets of cooling tower to reduce cottonwood build up and improve thermal performance. 1.6 Contractor to include a manlift to access stepdown portion of roof to towers
