Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.A detailed review and study of the Projects' existing HVAC and Plumbing systems andrecommendations for improvements will be completed identifying for each Project, scope ofwork, and early estimated costs. The scope of work will be separated into HVAC and PlumbingWork and further broken down into three (3) Project locations / campuses.B.The Owner will engage an Architect to provide design services for the Projects.C.An Architect has been contracted to provide limited professional services in the form of a reviewand study of the existing HVAC and Plumbing systems at each of the three (3) existing highschool locations and provide a deliverable in the form of recommendations and a prioritized listof HVAC and Plumbing improvements at each of the three (3) high school locations.D.One of the first tasks for the selected CMc will be to prepare, provide and present cost estimateson the recommendations and prioritized list with consideration of phasing and scheduling.E.The Projects will be constructed under separate construction documents and under separateGuaranteed Maximum Price Amendments
