Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Data Collection and Review • Collect and review data available from the City and other applicable sources • Perform field assessments of each lift station • Review any regulatory requirements B. Condition Assessment • Evaluate condition of each lift station, components, and system • Perform capacity assessment of lift station • Conduct hydraulic evaluation of the lift station service area, both existing and for anticipated growth. This analysis will also calculate the storage capacity available in the collection system piping contributing to each lift station and estimate the response time available for the operation staff in case of a failure at the lift station. • Develop list of deficiencies for each lift station C. Report Develop a document that will summarize at a minimum the following: • Service area and flows for each lift station • Current condition of each lift station • Summary of the hydraulic analysis of each lift station • Proposed improvements/upgrades for each lift station site • Criticality/Priority of improvements/upgrades • Prepare Opinion of Probable Cost for each lift station site by specification division Deliverables: • Draft Table of Contents Outline • Draft Condition Assessment Report • Final Condition Assessment Report
