Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pikeville is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install approximately 1,170 linear feet of 4-foot-high black chain link fence along the perimeter of the artificial turf field and running track loated at Bob Amos Park. Approximately 980 feet of this fence will be replacing an existing galvanized fence that is 3.5 feet high while the remaining 190 feet will be new fence placed adjacent to the existing fence locations. The fence should be PVC coated and black in color. The chain link fabric should have a core wire diameter of 9 gauge with an 8 gauge finished diameter. The fence will need to include a total of two (2) single swing gates that are 4’ by 4’, two double swing gate that totals 8’ x 4’, and one double swing gate that totals 26’ x 4’. Components should include 2 3/8” DQ40 line posts, 2 7/8” DQ40 corner posts, and 1 5/8” top, mid, and bottom rail with corner bracing.
