Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified Proposers to provide a One Card Transaction System Solution and related services (“Solution”) for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (herein referred to as “UNLV” and “University”). Under the one card program, UNLV students, faculty, and staff only need one card, their official University ID, for various functions. The Successful Contractor will provide a hosted or on-premise solution that is successfully operating at institutions of comparable size, and that will provide a foundation for the modernization of UNLV’s current business processes. The solution should allow UNLV students, staff, and faculty to obtain access associated with University issued credentials, provide attendance tracking, provide online account management, allow for digital photo uploads, and point of sale. UNLV does already have a campus one card program in place, but has determined that it is now time to go out for Request for Proposal in order to assess current marketplace options and technologies available. It is expected that the term of the resulting contract will be for an initial five years, with five, oneyear renewal options, but Proposers may propose additional options for UNLV to consider in their pricing response.
