This includes follow-up services and ongoing support to help people understand how to report changes and retain coverage over time. 7. Provide all information and services in a manner that is culturally and linguistically appropriate and ensures accessibility for individuals with disabilities. 8. Enter all consumer information related to application and enrollment through the NMHIX eligibility and enrollment platform, following security standards established by NMHIX.
