The ideal solution will provide the following high-level functionality: Learning Management Tracking participant’s training/learning inventory Tracking participant’s certifications Generation of reporting on certifications and on participants Contact management Learning paths Creating and delivering content Event Management Presenter management and logistics Course management for both live and virtual training sessions Participant registration for events Participant payments for events Participant attendance at events Support for interfaces with licensing, financial, and virtual training platforms Issuing post course evaluations and running reports on data
