Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Heritage Land Bank Comprehensive Consulting Services to the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), Real Estate Department. Prepare, support, and track approvals of land use actions through the HLB Advisory Commission (HLBAC), MOA-internal reviews, and the Anchorage Assembly; and - Evaluate and provide staff recommendations for pending land use actions consistent with the HLB Annual Work Program and 5-year Management Plan (Plan); and - Provide guidance and overall support to the HLBAC including agenda prep, coaching HLB staff, and meeting attendance; and - Review, process, and attend critical meetings (virtually) for efforts being done on behalf of the HLB by outside consultants; and - Provide technical support regarding the Plan, wetland mitigation, and land use permits; and - Supporting, coaching, and mentoring HLB staff to increase Division knowledge and confidence to carry out the Division’s mission.
