Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (“MECA”) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing Warehouse Services for MECA managed facilities. These Facilities currently include CHI Health Center Omaha (“CHIHCO”) and Charles Schwab Field Omaha (“CSFO”), collectively, the “Facilities”. MECA is responsible for managing the operations of these Facilities. • The warehouse must have a minimum of 11,000 square feet of storage available for MECA’s exclusive use. • It is critical that the warehouse and services be accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays. • The warehouse must be located within 10 miles of CHIHCO. • The Services must provide trucking to and from the Facilities. Trucks must include a minimum 53 foot trailer and 53 foot flatbed. • The successful Bidder must have a lift available on site capable of lifting 6,000 pounds. • Warehouse must provide equipment and services to upload, offload and move materials. • The successful Bidder must be willing to utilize current racking located at Cargo Zone. • The Warehouse must be kept at a minimum of 50 degrees during cold weather months. • The successful Bidder must provide one main point of contact for the services who will coordinate all aspects of the services. • The successful Bidder must provide pallets, shrink wrap and other items used for properly storing items.
