Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Health and Human Services, Center for Nursing (CFN), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 115517 O3 for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor to provide marketing, creative and media buying services to develop the CFN brand and promote the nursing profession in the state of Nebraska. The Center for Nursing projects a shortage of over 5000 licensed nurses in NE by 2025. A marketing and promotion campaign is needed to assist in recruitment and retention of new and veteran Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Created in 2000 by the Nebraska Legislature following the last catastrophic nursing shortage, the Center for Nursing is the organization that tracks all issues of supply and demand for nurses, including issues of recruitment, retention, and utilization of nurses.
