Eielson Air Force Base (AFB) requires maintenance on its Giant Voice system on a specific part of the base. Please read and review all of the attachments in its entirety before submitting a quote. Offerors are required to submit evidence of technical capability or face risk of ineligibility due to ambiguity of performance capabilities.
Please be mindful of physical onsite evidence or documentary evidence is required prior to 1 January 2022 for this requirement.
Also be advised funds are not currently available and offerors will not be reimbursed for fees occurred for their submission in relation to this solicitation.
Questions regarding this requirement must be sent prior to the closing of this solicitation if any further clarification is needed. Late quotes/proposals may or may not be considered depending on how advantageous they are to the government.
