Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Comprehensive marketing and communications plan. Work with NMHIX leadership, including the Director of Communications, to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to include open enrollment, community impact, beWellnm recognition and brand identity as well as any applicable special enrollment periods. 2. Media placement. Provide recommendations for media placement and buy and, if applicable, buy the approved advertisements. 3. Education and outreach campaign. Develop/continue a major education and outreach campaign to increase awareness of signature services and increase community support. 4. Marketing surveys. Develop, conduct and/or interpret marketing surveys. 5. Implementation of marketing and communications plan. Assist in the implementation of the marketing and communications plan, as directed by NMHIX. 6. Media. Design, create and produce print, online and broadcast media for NMHIX. 7. Collateral. Produce collateral. Submit all deliverable materials to NMHIX for approval prior to implementation. 8. Reporting and accountability. The selected contractor will: (1) participate in weekly calls with NMHIX to share updates, best practices, and make recommendations on program adjustments; (2) maintain accurate records, track against program budget and provide such records to NMHIX upon request; (3) submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on progress on outreach and enrollment initiatives, and other reporting elements, such as number of visitors, issues, events, etc.; and (4) at end of the open enrollment period, provide NMHIX with a comprehensive report of efforts in performing the required duties and initiatives.
