Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Louisville Department of Procurement Services, on behalf of the University of Louisville Athletics Department (ULAD), will receive bids from a qualified general contractor for the renovation of L&N Stadium parking lots, located on the University of Louisville’s Belknap Campus at 2550 S. Floyd St., Louisville, KY 40208. This scope of work asks for bidders to provide pricing for the following items. First is the removal of the existing sixtysix (66) ADA parking spaces on the NE Corner of the Purple A lot. This includes removing the signs and posts and filling the holes left from the pole removal along with the disposal of the existing concrete parking blocks. Then the awarded bidder will install 66 new ADA signs, posts and concrete parking blocks on the west side of the purple A lot in the same parking configuration as the existing ADA parking located adjacent to these new parking locations. 1. Repaint of all pedestrian pathways (in yellow paint) throughout the entire purple lots. 2. Painting of ten (10) foot fire lanes with dashed lines measuring three (3) feet in length and one (1) foot space between each dashed line (in red paint) down the center of every isle in all four (4) purple lots. 3. Painting one (1) solid red line down the west drive lane that is ten (10) feet away from the west curb. Line to run entire length of purple lots from north to south. 4. Blacking out of sixty-six (66) old ADA parking spaces on the NE corner of the purple A lot and then painting in new white lines in place of the old ADA locations. 5. Painting sixty-six (66) new ADA parking spots on the NW side of the purple A lot in the same configuration of the existing ADA spots in that area. 6. Repaint all remaining ADA logos and lines in 189 parking spots in Purple Lot A. 7. Repainting the letters at the end of each isle on both the east and west side of the lots.
