Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Scope Site 1 Major interior renovations throughout the campus, a new secured front entry vestibule, corridor upgrades, and life cycle improvements including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) replacements/upgrades. Exterior upgrades include tuckpointing, replacement of roof, windows, doors, and rooftop HVAC units. Also included are Media Center/Science Lab, Fine Arts and Classroom Expansions. The project will also include technology and security upgrades, interior upgrades to common areas and cafeteria, removal of the portables, and minor site improvements including parking expansion. The Classroom and Fine Arts expansions will feature science labs, fine arts classrooms, and special education classrooms (SPED). The Media Center/Science Lab and Classroom expansions are two-story additions, and the Fine Arts addition is one-story.
