Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation/Division of Adult Services is looking to acquire Correctional Officer shirts that match our current shirts. Our current shirt is a customized Elbeco, Response, Paragon Plus, Poplin shirt. The specifications are as follows: Fabric: 65% polyester/35% cotton poplin; Weight: 5.25 oz/sq yd or 7.25 oz/liner yard, minimum; Care: Machine washable permanent press; Finish: Nano fluid repellency; Long sleeve shirts have a top-fused banded dress collar with internal collar stays; Short sleeve shirts have a top-fused convertible collar with internal collar stays; Pleated pockets (one on each breast area), scalloped flaps, hook & loop closures; Pen opening in one pocket and pocket flap; Badge eyelets with internal support strap; Cotton-blend lined collar band and inner yoke; Body fabric cut on the cross to provide pucker-free sewn-in permanent military creases; Cross-stitched shoulder straps with functional button; Extra-long tails; Tall sizes available in male sizes; Sizes will be: Male: 14 through 22.5; Female: 30 through 52; Long sleeved shirts will be available in both male and female shirts; Color: Shirt: light blue; Epaulets: navy blue; Pocket flaps: navy blue. Patches: The institution will supply patches for the shirts. The patches will be placed as follows: US flag (reverse) will be on the right sleeve, by the shoulder; DOC&R patch will be on the left sleeve, by the shoulder. Note patches will be provided by the DOCR at the time of purchase. Note the customization and addition of patches must be completed by Elbeco. DOCR purchased a total of 788 (various sizes) of these shirts in 2022. Addition items can be added to this contract per mutual agreement (of the State and Vendor) with a signed amendment. These items (TBD) will be sold at the discount off retail price listed in this document. Note the percentage discount will not be factored into the award.
