Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids on behalf of West Virginia Division of Highways, District Five, to establish a contract for the equipment rental or lease without operator of a LeeBoy Force Feed Loader Model 3000, or equal, as described below for use within District Five at various locations. 4.1.2 Must be able to pick up soil, snow, millings or other wind materials. 4.1.3 The conveyor must have the capability to be hydraulically raised and lowered. 4.1.4 The belt must be constructed of 2-ply polyester cord carcass with rubber covers. 4.1.5 Must include 1” (.254 m) rubber cleats. 4.1.6 Belt conveyor must have capability to be independently controlled for variable speed.
