ATU is seeking qualified respondents capable of providing a Space Utilization Management Software and related services in accordance with the requirements set forth in this RFP. The software system must help ATU in its goals for improving efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability in classroom and exam scheduling and conference and event management processes. The successful firm must demonstrate expertise in providing similar software, maintenance, licenses, support, and services for institutions of higher education of similar size. It is the intent of this RFP that the university be afforded the ability, if so desired, to implement and utilize the chosen system as a repository for space utilization management as well as invoicing and billing of university space and services. Our objective is for the university to secure the services of a qualified vendor in order to, at a minimum, meet the guidelines set forth in this RFP and our strategic plan.
