Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall perform a complete asbestos inspection of the buildings listed below. B. Each Contractor shall ship all bulk samples collected to an asbestos accredited laboratory for analysis. C. Contractor shall provide a written report detailing the findings of the inspections, complete with photographs and location drawings, and offer recommendations for asbestos abatement. a. The report must include the building number, AASIS# and the name of the building on the front of the report. b. The report must include a picture of the structure. c. The report must show the exact location(s) of the asbestos. D. Contractor shall send a separate report for each survey. Contractor shall not combine all the buildings into one report. E. Contractor shall send one report to the surveyed park.
