Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following Specifications are the minimum that IDFG is willing to accept. Hewes Craft Sea Runner 190 SR ET HT, twenty (20) ft. or equal. Boat hull – Nineteen (19) ft. five (5) inches x ninety-six (96) inches, aluminum. Bottom thickness - Must be made from an aluminum alloy 5052, minimum of zero point one nine (0.190) inches thick. Welding – Must be marine grade and must adhere to all American Welding Society (AWS) standards. Deadrise – Must be at minimum thirteen (13) degrees at transom and thirty (30) degrees at bow entry. Bow length – Must be at minimum forty-two (42) inches. Centerline length – Nineteen (19) ft. five (5) inches. Side thickness – One-tenth (0.1) inch. Side height – Thirty-two (32) inches. Capacity – Boat must be able to support seven (7) people onboard. Transom height – Must be twenty-five (25) inches, capable of accommodating up to a two hundred (200) HP, four (4) stroke outboard motor. Fish Box in transom – Must have a minimum thirty (30) gallon fish box in transom with a cutting board lid. Fish box – Must have a fish box in the fishing cockpit floor with a macerator pump. Storage – Must have storage located behind the toe kicks on the port and starboard side. Fuel tank – Must be aluminum, built-in, located under the floor, baffled. Must have a minimum fuel capacity of sixty (60) gallons. Must have a full width, self-bailing transom shelf (splash well). Must have welded bow and stern eyes. Must have a gas/water separator. Must have recessed bow left/right navigation lights. Bilge pump – Must be capable of pumping a minimum of one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) Gallons per Hour (GPH). Wash Down System – Must have a wash down system for fishing deck. Must have a heavy-duty diamond plate formed swim steps with a two (2) rung ladder. Must have a transom-mounted port and starboard transducer brackets. Transducer on port side must have an anode installed. Cleats – must have a minimum of five (5) eight (8) inch welded boat cleats. Cabin The following is a list of more detailed specifications that the cabin must have at a minimum. Must have an enclosed hard top cabin measuring a minimum of seventy-five (75) in. in length, eighty (80) inches in width and seventy (70) inches in height .Cabin must not exceed eighty (80) inches in length. Cabin must have a center opening walk through door to bow with two (2) closing latches. Windows – Must have sliding port and starboard windows. Wipers – Must have port and starboard wipers. Steering – Must have Hydraulic steering, Engine throttle/shift – Must be mounted on the right (starboard) side of the driver console. Must have LED overhead lighting. Steering wheel – Must be stainless steel wheel with rubber grip for control. Grab Handles – Must have Inwale front port side, glove box and windshield grab handles. Handrails - Must have vertical handrails on port and starboard sides, at the aft of the cabin. Glove Box – Must have a lockable glove box. Storage – Must have storage between passenger and driver consoles. Seats - Must have high back, swivel suspension passenger and driver seats with dry box storage underneath. Must have rear jump seating for passengers behind the driver and front passenger, running alongside the port and starboard sides. The seating must have storage underneath. Bow Work/Step Deck Raised, enclosed, front deck with diamond plate aluminum deck surface. Self-bailing design to shed water off deck. Recessed diamond plate step deck. Must have an anchor locker in bow. Bow Railing – Must have port and starboard side railing.
