Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Public Health (Department) is requesting quotes for the receipt of provider electronic and paper medical claims and then providing that information electronically to the Department; Women’s Health Check provides free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to eligible women in Idaho. Women’s Health Check is looking for a Contractor that is capable of receiving medical claims from providers across Idaho and sending the information electronically to the Department. The Contractor must be capable of receiving both electronic and paper medical claims and sending information daily to the Department. The selected Contractor will be compensated on a fee-for-service basis. The target population is Department eligible participants and their health care providers. The Department provides screening and diagnostic services to approximately eight hundred (800) women per year, through a system of nine (9) Local Coordinators (LCs) who coordinate appropriate services provided by about three hundred fifty (350) health care providers.
