Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of existing 1,000 gallon on road diesel and 550-gallon gasoline tanks above ground steel tanks. Pumps will be retained by Campbell County Fiscal Court. Electric to be terminated by installer. 2. Installation of double walled 2,000-gallon on road diesel tank and double walled 1,000-gallon gasoline tank in same location as tanks to be removed. Both tanks are above ground and shall meet all existing codes. Both tanks will come with all necessary labelling, pumps, hoses and connections for turn key operation. Fuel levels of tanks will be monitored remotely with fuel level reports sent to CCRD. Reports will automatically trigger when fuels are to be delivered. Tanks to be placed on current tank locations. 3. Tanks will be leased to CCFC. Proposer will be responsible for all maintenance of tanks, pumps, hoses and fuel spill kits. 4. On road diesel and gasoline will be made available to Road Department during transition from old to new system. New tanks to be placed where current tanks reside. 5. Fuel monitoring system (FMS) that is personal identification number (PIN) based to be installed. CCFC will have the ability to add/delete staff and units. System will allow use of, but not be limited to, the following: • PIN • Unit # • Mileage/Hours • Pump designated by Unit #
