Specifications include, but are not limited to:A. The Contractorshallbe responsible for removing and/or covering up the existing glass screens.B. The Contractorshallbe responsible for the installation of all new equipment and the de-installation ofany existing equipment as needed.C. Installation/de-installationmustbe performed in a professional manner in accordance with industrystandard best practices.D. The facilitymustbe left in a neat, clean, and undamaged condition. Contractorshallbe responsiblefor repairing any damage caused during the installation/de-installation or to provide full compensationfor damages to ADEM.E. De-installed equipmentmust be disposed of or stored per ADEM’s direction for transport to theMarketing & Redistribution facility.F. The Contractorshallbe responsible for all aspects of this project including, but not limited to:1. Building, mounting, and framing the LED screen.2. All electrical and non-electrical requirements.3. Construction related requirements.
