Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP (Request for Proposals) procurement is to establish an Indefinite Quantity Price Agreement(s) with an Offeror who specializes in providing Pipeline Repair Services to all San Juan College Campuses. During the progress of Work, the Contractor shall, prior to fabrication of components or equipment, verify all field measurements and proceed with the fabrications to meet field conditions. In order to determine the exact location of all Work and verify spatial relationships to all Work, the Contractor shall consult all Contract Documents. All questions concerning locations or spatial relationships shall be submitted to the College and Design Professional. Where not dimensioned on plans, specific locations for equipment, pipelines, ductwork and other such items of Work shall be determined in consultation with the College. Before starting each portion of the Work, the Contractor shall carefully study and compare the various Contractor’s coordination drawings, and other Contract Documents as required, relative to that portion of the Work. The Contractor shall further carefully study the information furnished by the College and Design Professional, shall take field measurements of any existing conditions related to that portion of the Work, and shall observe any conditions at the site affecting it. These obligations are for the purpose of facilitating construction by the Contractor and are not for the purpose of discovering errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in the Contract Documents. However, so as not to delay progress of the work, any errors, inconsistencies, or omissions discovered by the Contractor shall be promptly reported to the Design Professional and the College as a request for information in such form as the Design Professional and the College may require.
