Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this funding opportunity is to invest in mobile clinics to provide health care services through two School Based Health Center mobile units. Specific services will include an increased access to primary care, preventative care, and behavioral health care services to students (students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade), school faculty, student families, and local community members. Moreover, the School Based Health Centers will focus on preventing substance abuse and the progression of behavioral health conditions through early identification, intervention, and treatment and harm reduction. The mobile health units will provide services within Bernalillo County at four APS schools in each of the four APS zones, at two Charter schools, and community centers year-round.
