Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed work includes all labor, materials, tools, supplies, utility and transportation services, equipment and all incidentals necessary for the #23-115 Village of East Davenport Lighting. This project replaces ornamental light poles and fixtures throughout the Village of East Davenport’s Self-Supported Municipal Improvement District, or SSMID. Ornamental lights that are outside of the SSMID or are privately-owned are explicitly excluded from this project as follows: • Inside Lindsay Park; • Inside the public parking lot on the northeast corner of River Dr and Mound St; • Either side of the stairway at 2212 E. 12th St.; and • Along the alley from Mound St to Christie St between 11th and 12th Streets.
