Specifications include, but are not limited to: Therap is the database program currently used by four (4) Department programs, Crisis Prevention and Court Services, Children’s Developmental Disabilities, Southwest Idaho Treatment Center, and the Extended Employment Services programs. The software allows all programs to store client health records such as medical evaluations, clinical notes, medication administrationrecords, treatment, and care plans. The software also assists in performing case management functions such as documenting client needs, services rendered and tracking progress. There are approximately five thousand (5,000) open files between the programs. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
