Specifications include, but are not limited to: The various parts of the contract documents are intended to supplement but not necessarily duplicate each other. Any work exhibited in one part and not in another shall be executed as if it had been set forth in all parts, so that the work will be performed according to the complete design as determined by the Engineer. Should anything necessary for a clear understanding of the work be omitted from the contract documents, or should the requirements appear to be in conflict, the Contractor shall secure written instructions from the Engineer before proceeding with the work affected thereby. It is understood and agreed that the work shall be performed according to the true intent of the contract documents.
