Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demand Response Transportation Services to Eagle River, Chugiak, Birchwood and Peters Creek; A. Demand response services will be exclusively for people who experience a disability that impairs them to independently manage two (2) or more Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s). The Proposer will outline methods in which they will determine eligibility. B. Trip scheduling must be available, at minimum, Monday through Friday between the hours of 0830 and 1700. Trips may be negotiated with customers, excluding observed holidays. Trips may not be cancelled without prior customer notification. C. Transportation shall be made available Monday-Friday between the hours 0630 and 1830. D. Dispatching must be made available, at minimum, Monday-Friday between the hours 0630 and 1830, excluding observed holidays.
