Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Tasks and Deliverables required for the project: o Install and implement user friendly text notification system. o Training on the use of the program for up to three (3) clerks. o Must be able to function from downloaded .csv files. 2. System needs to be operational by October 1, 2023. 3. Must be a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. 4. The system must have communications that are authenticated and encrypted channels. The system’s security needs to be defined in its capabilities, including but not limited to authentication of users, guaranteed privacy of users and encryption of data both in transit at rest. 5. Vendor must be capable of providing customer support in live time upon request to meet the needs of Ada County. 6. The system must be capable of court use and for court participants in criminal proceedings. 7. The system must be automated and be capable to send notifications by text message. 8. The system must be capable of providing confirmation on demand that the court participant received notification. 9. The system must allow for unlimited messaging and the vendor will provide an annual cost for the service. 10. Vendor will be paid on an annual cost basis. Per message costs and per user costs will not be accepted. 11. Vendors must agree that any data or information received in connection with use of the system will not be marketed, sold, or otherwise disclosed in any way, unless required by law.
