Specifications include, but are not limited to: The construction entails sidewalk demolition, modification, reconstruction, and installation at Liberty Park located at 895 Carlyle Ave, Palm Bay, FL 32909; approximately 575 SY (427 square yards; 148 additional square yards) as shown in Attachment 1, in accordance with Special Conditions. All sidewalks, crosswalks, and pedestrian ramps shall adhere to current ADA standards. Drainage work will include clearing and grubbing, testing, swale regrading, and shoulder regrading per the typical square yard and ensure cross slopes adhere to typical cross section and meet ADA requirements as shown on the plans. Coordination with Parks and Facilities Department and utilities companies will be the responsibility of the awarded contractor. The project shall include all incidentals and germane materials required to complete the project such as clearing and grubbing, testing, utility coordination, material furnishings, installations, erosion control, dewatering, coordination, testing, permitting, and restoration work associated with the demolition, modification, and installation of the sidewalk as identified in the attached design plans including, signs installation and sodding with matching site sod.
